This 2 bedroom Gite (1 double and 1 twin bedroom) sleeps 4 and will also accommodate a baby in a travel cot.

Floor area 54m2 - In addition all rooms within the Gite have electric heating

Open Plan

Living / Dining Area

With a laminate floor and open beamed ceilings the lounge / diner has a comfortable seating and dining area for 4 people.

There is a DVD player and a television with Satellite (receiving English TV and Radio channels, BBC, ITV and many more).

French doors leads from the lounge to your own private garden.

There is also a French TNT system receiving Free to air french television ideal for weather reports

	Kitchen This is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, including all you need for your stay: Washing Machine Full size Cooker and Hob Microwave Fridge Freezer Kettle Toaster Cafetiere Coffee Machine Ironing board and Iron Use of tumble dryer if required
	Bedroom 1 A double room with original beams exposed. The room has a comfortable double bed, mirror, bedside cabinet with table lamp, wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room will also comfortably accommodate a travel cot. A dormer window gives views overlooking the hamlet and of the front gravel area of the Gites.
	Bedroom 2 A small twin room which has a comfortable single bed and also a slightly smaller comfortable divan bed (just 10cm narrower and 10cm shorter than a normal single bed). The room has original beams exposed and has a chest of drawers, mirror and bedside cabinet with table lamp. A dormer window gives views of the garden and the countryside beyond.
	Bathroom A tiled bathroom with a large multi jet hydro-massage shower, vanity unit with mirror and a toilet.
