This is our Largest Gite it is a 3 bedroom Gite with 1 double bedroom (king size bed), 1 triple bedroom (double & single bed) and 1 triple bedroom (3 single beds) also the single bed within the double room can be put into the triple room so it has 4 single beds

Floor area 110m2 - In addition all rooms within the Gite have electric heating

The Gite sleeps 7 / 8 and will also accommodate a baby in a travel cot.

For occupancy in excess of 7 our standard additional persons fee is payable (see rates page for more info)

Within each Gite:

You will receive a complimentary welcome pack, which includes: Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Fresh juice, pack of biscuits and of course a bottle of wine!

This large Gite consists of:

	Open Plan Kitchen Living & Dining Area With laminate floors and open beamed ceilings the lounge / diner has a comfortable seating and dining area for 8 people. There is a DVD player and a 32-inch widescreen television with Satellite (receiving English TV and Radio channels, BBC, ITV, Ch4 and many more). There is also a French TNT system receiving Free to air french television ideal for weather reports A glazed door leads from the lounge to your own private garden. In Addition this Gite has two toilets one upstairs and one downstairs
	Kitchen This is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, including all you need for your stay: Washing Machine Full size Cooker and Hob Microwave Fridge Freezer Kettle Toaster Large worktop space Cafetiere Coffee Machine Ironing board and Iron Use of tumble dryer if required
	Bedroom 1 A double room with a king sized pine bed with the original beams exposed. The room has a mirror, bedside cabinets and table lamps. There is a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A dormer window gives lovely views overlooking the hamlet.
	Bedroom 2 A triple room with original beams exposed. The room has 3 comfortable single beds, mirror, bedside cabinets and table lamps. There is a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. A dormer window gives views of the garden and the countryside beyond. In addition this room can accomodate the single bed from Bedroom 3 (below) this makes the Gite suitable for 2 Couples and 4 children.
	Bedroom 3 A double / triple room with original beams exposed. The room has a comfortable Pine double bed, and a single bed, in addition there is a mirror, bedside cabinets with table lamps, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. A velux window gives views overlooking the hamlet and the old oak tree. As above the single bed can be put into the triple room if required.
	Bathroom A tiled bathroom with a large multi jet hydro-massage shower. There is a electric heated towel rail additional towel rails a toilet and a vanity unit with mirror and lights.
