Ivy Gite

This 3 bedroom Gite (1 double and 2 twin bedrooms) sleeps 6 and will also accommodate a baby in a travel cot. This makes this Gite ideal for larger families or two families or alternatively a lovely large Gite for 1 family

(In addition we can accommodate upto 2 extra adults or children on fold out beds within the living area)

The Gite consists of:

Open Plan Living / Dining Area

With tiled floors and open beamed ceilings the lounge / diner has a comfortable seating and dining area for 6 people. There is a DVD player and a television with Satellite (receiving English TV and Radio channels, BBC, ITV and many more). The lounge features the original fireplace with a wood-burning stove for the cooler evening if you take a winter break with us. A glazed door leads from the lounge to your own private garden.

Kitchen

  This is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, including all you need for your stay:

  • Washing Machine
  • Full size Cooker and Hob
  • Microwave
  • Fridge Freezer
  • Kettle
  • Toaster
  • Cafetiere
  • Coffee Machine
  • Ironing board and Iron
  • Use of tumble dryer if required

Bedroom 1

  A twin room with original beams exposed. The room has 2 comfortable beds, mirror, bedside cabinet and lamp. There is a wardrobe with drawers and chest of drawers. This room will comfortably accommodate a travel cot. A dormer window gives views of the garden and the countryside beyond.

Bedroom 2 

A double room with original beams exposed . The room has a comfortable double bed, mirror, bedside cabinets with table lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A dormer window gives lovely views overlooking the hamlet.

Bedroom 3

A Twin room with original beams exposed. The room has a comfortable divan style single bed and also a quality fold out click clack bed with good quality mattress, mirror, bedside cabinet and table lamp, and a chest of drawers. A dormer window gives lovely views overlooking the hamlet.

The click clack bed is just 10cm 4inch shorter and 10cm 4inch narrower than the normal single divan bed, the room will be set as below as per your requirements

Bathroom

A tiled bathroom with a large multi jet hydro-massage shower, vanity unit with mirror and a toilet.

Private Garden

A door from the living area leads to your own private garden with patio furniture, sun parasol, washing line and quality bar-b-que. A gate from this leads to the play area and pool. Keeping the garden secure for younger children
