With our prices you can pay in Sterling or Euros, your choice, the price we quote you on the day of booking is the price you will pay, we make no charges for fluctuations in the Sterling / Euro Rate so you can have peace of mind that your holiday is at a fixed price.

British Pounds GBP or Euros

(For Euro paying customers please multiply our GBP rates by our current rate of 1.20 for the Euro price)

We can also accept payment in any other currency. Please contact us for details

We accept payment by Cheque, Bank transfer, or Credit / Debit card (We make no charges for Credit or Debit Card payments)

Additional Persons:

•  There is no extra charge for babies sleeping in Travel cots

•  For additional persons Adults or Children the charge is £ 35 per person per week, the same fee applys for more than 7 persons within the Cider House Gite, please ask us if it is possible, to exceed the occupancy, of the Gite of your choice.

Bookings:

* If booking a holiday over Christmas / Boxing day, we will provide some decorations to the Gite including a tree and also provide you with a free bottle of Champagne.

• If booking for more than one week, each week will be charged according to the rates above (for example, if your first week is in one price bracket and your next week falls into the next price bracket the first week would be charged at the first price bracket rate and the second at second price bracket rate)

• A 25% percent non-refundable deposit is to be paid at the time of booking

• The balance is to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday

• If you would like to book a holiday with us, please contact us by using the email link below or by telephone. We will then confirm if your dates are available and then send you details of how to secure your booking, payment details etc

• Save with Brittany Ferries - If booking a holiday with us we can offer you a discount code to save 20% on their Fares - Please ask for the code and details when booking

• Save with Irish Ferries - If booking a holiday with us we can offer you a discount code to save 5% on their Fares - Please ask for the code and details when booking

• PETS - We prefer to not accept Pets, due to the external layout and interiors of the Gites, however due to a change in legislation we can make arrangements for your Pets

All prices include:

• Bed linen (a fresh set is provided weekly if you stay for more than 1 week)

• Welcome Pack (inc Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Fresh juice, pack of biscuits and of course a bottle of wine!)

• First box of logs, starter sticks, paper and matches (included free) for the wood-burner for Willow and Ivy Gite for October to March bookings - Extra logs available (all year round)

• Use of pool and all communal garden facilities (pool available generally May to September weather dependant)

• Cleaning is included, but we do ask that you leave the Gite, as you found it.

• Water, Electricity and Electric Heating fully included all year round

• Free use of Internet Connection via Wi-Fi Internet Hotspots within the Gite Grounds

• Please note that on holidays with less than 5 nights stay we do not provide a welcome pack however if you would like one we charge £10 please state at time of booking

• Travel cot, High Chair, Fire Guard, Baby Bath and Safety Stair Gates (top and bottom of stairs) all free of charge, for infants should you require any of these, please request at time of booking. For the travel cot we can provide sheets, a cot quilt and a blanket, or if you would prefer to bring your own then please do so. We can also provide a stroller pushchair if required at a hire cost of € 5 euros per week

• Towels are available at a cost of € 4.50 per person per week per set of 2 (1 Bath and 1 Hand towel) they can be reserved at the time of booking (on the deposit request paperwork) or at anytime up to your stay; the cost would be payable in euros on arrival. If staying for more than 1 week these will be replaced with a fresh set. Please note that the towels are only to be used on the premises and not taken to the beach etc

Arrival / Changeover information:

• Changeovers are on Saturdays (although during off peak periods we may be able to accommodate start dates on other days)

• During peak periods we do accept arrivals and departures on other days providing full Saturday - Saturday weeks are booked

• Short breaks may be available at quieter times or by a late booking. Please contact us for details.

• Prices for short breaks (less than 7 nights) are calculated by dividing the weekly price by 7 (to give a nightly price) and then multiplying by the number of nights you wish to stay and then adding a £ 20 short break fee

• For stays of 7 nights or more the price will be as above but with no short break fee

• Gites are available from 4pm on your day of arrival and we ask you to vacate the Gite by 10am on the day of your departure, although should you arrive later on your day of arrival we accommodate later access as we appreciate that flights / ferries etc can arrive at anytime.

Additional Packs (these are in addition to the welcome pack):

If you are booking a holiday with us, we offer the following additional packs that you may chose to ensure a simple and relaxing start to your holiday. If choosing any of these packs, they will be put into the Gite for your arrival. Any individual items are available on Site

* Please note, should we be unable to obtain any of the items listed above, they will be replaced with an equivalent item of the same or greater value.

* If you would like any of the above packs, they can be reserved at the time of booking (on the deposit request paperwork) or at anytime up to your stay; the cost would be payable in euros on arrival.
